How it works #
Every warning gets its own short 6 character ID, like A3F9C1, shown at the bottom of the reply. The member gets a DM with the reason and how many warnings they now have, unless you use silent mode.
Good to know #
- A reason is required so your team always knows why a warning was given.
- See someone's history with Warnings.
- Remove one or all warnings with Clear Warnings.
- Warnings are saved per server, so a warning in one server does not show up in another.
Examples #
/warn user:@Kai reason:Spamming in #generalAdds a warning and DMs Kai.
%w @Kai -nodm Bypassing the word filterAdds a warning quietly.
