Ethvex is not responding #

• Check that Ethvex can view and send messages in that channel.
• Remember the prefix is %. So it is %help, not !help.
• Mention the bot on its own to check it is online.
• Slash commands missing? Make sure the bot was invited with the applications.commands scope. Re inviting it with the website button fixes this.

It says I cannot target a member #

That is the role hierarchy at work. Both your top role and the Ethvex role need to be above the member. See Permissions and Roles.

My panel stopped responding #

Panels expire after 2 minutes without a click. Run the command again, your settings are already saved.

Messages older than two weeks will not purge #

Discord blocks bulk deleting anything older than 14 days. Those messages have to be removed by hand.

Reaction or boost roles are not given out #

Ethvex needs the Manage Roles permission and its role must be above the roles it hands out. Managed roles, like other bots' roles, can never be assigned.

Warnings or giveaways say the database is not connected #

This is a temporary issue on our side. Wait a minute and try again. If it keeps happening, let us know in the support server.
